Our state-of-the-art Network Management Center (NMC) is staffed by a dedicated team of Provisioners and Engineers, who are intent on achieving customer satisfaction through better communication and quicker resolution of network issues. Our Network
The iRis network was envisioned, designed and built from the ground up by resourceful in-house personnel. The team continues to manage, review and update strategic services as new industry innovations occur. To maximize network uptime, Engineering purchases equipment from industry leading manufactures with irrefutable reliability records. The result is a fault-tolerant 10Gig capable DWDM SONET network controlled by dedicated design engineers.
CADs
Our in-house CAD services department has extensive experience in computer-aided drafting and creates detailed documentation of iRis' network. Customers are able to utilize these high quality drawings to efficiently analyze the fiber routes to ascertain iRis' suitability for incorporating their traffic.
